FLUID FUEL REACTORS was created by The Atomic Energy Commission and Oak Ridge National Lab to document the exploration of alternative reactor designs. At the end of 2018 I received permission from The Department of Energy to release Fluid Fuel Reactors as an eBook. I've priced it as low as possible to maximize readership, and if you own a Kindle, or an iPad or Mac I suggest grabbing a copy.

The Kindle edition of Fluid Fuel Reactors exists because I'd heard so much about it, but struggled personally when reading the scanned PDF copies circulating online. The PDF retained the formatting of the original Fluid Fuel Reactor book: to a fault. Large margins and small font sizes were too hard for me to read on anything other than a full-blown computer, the smaller screens of my iPad, iPhone and Kindle Paperwhite were unsuitable, despite all being excellent hardware.

Fluid Fuel Reactors eBooks for Amazon and Apple devices offer resizeable text, annotation and search capabilities. Fluid Fuel Reactors contains many tables, diagrams and photos. They're all here, and can be zoomed in on as needed. But you do not need to zoom to read the text! Not with reflowing, resizeable text you don't.

THORIUM 2017 was the 4th iteration of this message, and it exists because viewers of previous iterations paid-it-forward. Supporters help financially, and provide critical feedback on pre-release edits.

In 2019 I'll put together another narrative "Remix" video. Your support makes a big difference in how much time I can dedictate to each iteration.

I am terribly constrained by editing time and travel budget. Richard Engle (one of the MSRE researchers) died in 2017 and the only interview I had been able to conduct was back in 2012! Your support isn't just appreciated, your support is how these videos exist at all.

SELLOUT is a book by Victoria Bruce about Jim Kennedy and John Kutsch's quest to advance Thorium Molten-Salt Reactor development in the United States. I tore through it non-stop and can confirm it is both extremely engaging and informative.

SELLOUT demonstrates the importance of narrative. The same collection of facts we keeners absorb via lecture presentations becomes accessible to absolutely everyone.

Why did Dr. Alvin Weinberg create the Molten Salt Reactor? Why did Dr. Masato Sagawa and Dr. John Croat create Rare Earth Magnets? Why has Jim Kennedy dedicated his life to creating a Thorium and Rare Earth processing facility in the United States? The "why" has never been communicated effectively via such engaging personalities until now. Please give SELLOUT a read or listen.

I was not given permission to capture most lectures at ORNL MSRW 2018, so all my video cameras were set up on a balcony by the conference. One person (Uri Gat) I'd been trying to coordinate a video capture with for years wandered onto the balcony. Threw a microphone on him and he stepped into the frame. (Sorry about the very odd structure but I was being called away on a travel-visa issue.)
